If you would prefer to pay via Bank Cheque/Money Order, or Direct Deposit/Internet Bank Transfer, please send an email, or use our online enquiry form, including a list of the items you need, along with your postal address, and a quote, together with payment instructions will be fowarded to you. |

- How much do you charge for postage?
The following table shows Australia wide postage rates;

There are two current exceptions to the above table; we have Free Postage offered on our entire range of Place Cards, as well as our Greeting Cards. Please be aware that these free postage offers may change without notice.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will usually take between 1 to 6 business days to be delivered to you, depending on where you live, your method of payment, and the method of delivery.
All orders are delivered by Australia Post, so we can deliver to residential & business addresses, as well as PO Boxes nation wide.
We will usually post your order within 1 Business day of receiving cleared payment. Please note that if you are paying by Online Banking (EFT), Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque/Money Order, or PayPal's eCheque, that these forms of payment can take from 2 to 5 business days to clear - goods will only be sent after cleared payment has been received. We are currently only able to post to Australian addresses.
For smaller orders, Regular post is used, while larger orders are sent via Express Post, unless it's too big to fit in a 3kg satchel, then Registered Post will be used.
- Do I have to pay for my order with PayPal?
No!! While our online shopping cart system is powered by PayPal, if you don't want to use PayPal as your payment method, just email us with a list of the items you need, along with your postal address, and we'll send through a quote for you, including alternitive payment options (we can also accept; Online Banking (EFT), Direct Deposit or Bank Cheque/Money Order)
